Hello and Welcome! I am so happy you are here :)
Before we get into other important things, I want to begin by explaining the reason why I have written “Emotionally Healthy, the NEW Sexy” and created the “I AM” Sexy Community.
When I was having difficulty in life, there were 2 things I felt that really could have helped me get through it.
The first was direction and guidance from someone who had a higher-level spiritual understanding than me. That’s the reason I pulled my method together and made a workbook. It is the method I developed and have now used for decades myself, to turn emotional trauma and pain into positive forward movement and growth.
The second thing was someone supportive who understood how I felt about things, or how I saw things from a different perspective than others. Someone who wouldn’t judge me or make me feel defensive in any way so that I could be consistent with my higher-level energetic vibrations for maximum joy. And that is the reason I created this Community.
I took a lot of time to decide how I could bring my wisdom and knowledge to others who may find it helpful, and I think this platform will provide us with the greatest of opportunities to connect, communicate, and support each other.
It is very important to the health of both our individual Selves as well as the health of the Community that we enter into this space together, knowing that each of us are on a journey of discovering our very best Selves, and respecting that understanding to your very fullest ability. And, to understand that we are all one at our core, regardless of any other external, physical, or cultural differences.
Posting and commenting are absolutely welcomed and encouraged from all! It is part of what will help us learn about each other and how to understand different perspectives and experiences which could potentially help others in the community.
Posts are all restricted until review so that we can maintain a healthy, caring, positive, and supportive Community. Anyone who signs up for the Sexy League, Business League, or Mentor League will have the ability to post and comment freely upon successful completion of courses or private mentoring.
Also available on posts…anyone posting can choose to “accept tips,” or coin tokens, from other members of our community as part of the post. Anytime anyone likes your post, they can tip you coin token(s) (roughly 10=$1.00 USD) which go directly to your personal wallet. I just love this! Let’s use tips only for those posts which you find particularly helpful or inspiring. That way, we help everyone understand the type of support we need to bring to the table for each other and we get to have a bit of fun with it too!

Although all materials and merch are found on my “I AM” Sexy Store on Shopify, I will make select items available on this platform with a Content+ offering. Also through Content+ I will offer special live sit-reps, links to relative content such as guided meditations, group events, and whatever we can dream up that brings more fun and education to the Community!
There is also a telephone application that you can upload. Although you can do everything you want there, including connect to other communities and post, when it comes to how you pay for things the only available option is to purchase coins then use the coins. If you use the web-based site, you get the option of utilizing all available payment options through Stripe. You might want to keep that in mind when purchasing Content+ or renewals. Anything purchased on web is also immediately available on the phone application so no worries about syncing.

Truth is my friends, life sometimes seems like a never-ending cycle of negative thoughts, emotions, people, situations, and circumstances. We all have stories of heartbreak, pain, and fear. And on top of all that, we are all effected by the changes and upheaval caused by a world in transformation.
I truly believe in the deepest depths of my soul that right now, at this very moment in time, the human race is being called to change and transform in step with the world and the universe so that together we harness the energies of change and bring this world into a whole new way of inspiration, hope, togetherness, joy, and love.
Our focus on differences and issues arising from our differences is causing us to churn only lower-level emotions and frequencies which only continue to keep us from transformative growth. Our continued focus in this direction only brings continued strife and turmoil, and as it builds so will the disruptive energies and results, which affect us both individually and collectively.
As we begin focusing on our truths and learn how to cycle through life in a positive way, we begin changing our personal experiences almost immediately. Positive situations unexpectedly develop which give you the validation you need to keep going. Painful cycles are closed, and new cycles are begun in a productive and positive mind-set. This is what SEXY is all about. Keeping it real, keeping it positive, and keeping it moving forward.
What I bring to you through the workbook and mentor programs is a method, a guideline, for you to work through the cycles in your life so that you may arrive at a fresh, more beneficial cycle from which you begin creating the life you really want to live.
Many will tell you that they have all the answers. I am telling you that you already have all the answers. And I am going to show you where to find the answers and how to use what you find.
Most have never understood the importance of our emotions and thoughts, not really. And although there are many who do understand this importance, the difficulty of finding a path that you can stay true to while surrounded by a society who is fearful of beneficial education and transition can be more than difficult. Together on this platform, we are going to overcome the odds and break the barriers that keep us from being our best selves so that together, we create a positive future for all of us. Individually and collectively.

I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse for over a decade, and I have lived through an alcoholic narcissist who inflicted physical, mental, and emotional abuses on me regularly and still tries to disrupt my life to this day.
I have used this method through each cycle, each time gaining greater and greater awareness of Self, and each time reaching another level of abundance and spiritual understanding. I am literally a whole new person. Same values, same love, same physical body. It’s all in the understanding and projection of your understanding of Self.
